Two people in my own county arrested for claiming sovereignty

http://www.macombdaily.com/stories/0...ignty001.shtml

Read this bullcrap... I think I'm gonna find out who they are and help them out. What procedure do you think would be most effective in their situation? I noticed one problem for starters, it mentions their defense attorneys... what do they have attorneys for? I'm guessing they are new to this process and dont know the ropes yet.

raptor,

I know of these folks and there are lot of them around. I tell the ones that I know--stop bragging about your religion and beliefs. Just walk in it. Drawing unneccesary attention to themselves is what bothers me. Anyway, its reads like the defense attorney did not mention "jurisdiction". Are they even in the right court? Also, they are constantly misunderstanding sovereignty! Everyone in the world is born sovereign--its what you do and how you think to separate the sovereigns from the slaves.

Futhermore, what are the specific charges? Also, did the police have a warrant to search the vehicle since they did not have jurisdiction? The streets belong to the people--not the corporation. Their heritage and beliefs have nothing to do with what's going on.

ALso, who filed a complaint against them? Who was harmed or damaged? So many questions for them to ask.

tell them to visit ticketslayer.com if this is a traffic matter.

Research the rules of "intervention" for your state. You can probably intervene on their behalf.

Jurisdiction

You give the court jurisdiction when you allow an attorney to represent you!

Anubis,

Actually, you give the court jurisdiction when you never challenge it.

I concur with Jerseee.

Going in with this argument that they are not subject is suicide.

ASK QUESTIONS.

He who asks the questions is in control.

Don't get me wrong, Affidavits about one's beliefs and or status is ok to file, but then you have to ask the right questions.
