i tried to briefly explain the benefit of the land patent to her - about how the assertion, etc., would keep jerks who have no right to what is hers from taking what is hers.& she said "if i get to a point where i can't pay my bills, i'll sell the house..."&


i started that discussion with "what if some screwball decides to sue you, or get into an accident that debilitates you, such that you can't pay anything?" type of reasoning...


ahh, well, some people have much to begin to learn.


i know i do...
