Defeating Receipt of Mail with no Return Address

Thanks to David Merrill, who suggested that if mail has no return address, the post office can open it to find out who to return it to.

The Court has caught on to my sending mail with no return address, and as such, I am returning, unopened, a piece of mail that is not mine, and has a strawman name in backwards: BOWMAN,HENRY,FRANKLIN[,] which is definitely not my name, and thus far, that is symptomatic of mail from the Trial Court Administrator, who has been noticed of my name, and refuses to play nice.

He just don't know that my tenacity is cemeted.

Here's the dope.

Mail that is sent to your location, which is not yours (STRAWMAN MAIL), and it has no return address, can still be returned.

It is called Dead Mail.

In the Domestic Mail Manual, Section 507, scroll down to section 1.9.1 titled Dead Mail (Basic Information) Look at Paragraphs (d) and (e).

This is the ammo you need to give the Postmaster at your local Post Office.

It really empowers them when you show them in the DMM what they are to do with the mail, because otherwise, they don't really seem to know what to do.

Here is a request that I wrote to my Postmaster to be given to him tomorrow:

From:
Henry Franklin
Date: XX-XX-XXXX

To:
Alpha Mail, Postmaster of the Xxxxxx Post Office in North Carolina

Dear Alpha,

Thank you so much for the help you and your staff are to the people who use your service.

The 2 pieces of mail that I am returning to you are undeliverable, pursuant to the Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) 507.1.1c (Addressee Not Known), and the same “endorsement” from DMM 507.1.4.1 “Attempted- Not Known”.

First, I do not have the name of BOWMAN, HENRY FRANKLIN nor does my wife have the name of BOWMAN,HENRIETTA,FRANCES,MAIDEN.

I cannot in good conscience open, accept, or keep this mail. I am placing it in your capable hands for return to the party that has the Pitney Bowes Meter Number XXXXXXXX, or to mark it as undeliverable. I request to be given a photocopy of any return that you accomplish, for my records.
Pursuant to the DMM 507.1.9.1 (Dead Mail) in paragraphs (d) and (e), the USPS has full authority to open and identify the sender or addressee.
I hereby request that you open and determine where to return this mail to, or return it to a mail recovery center per 507.1.9.1(d). I would think that the Pitney Bowes meter number would be helpful to you in this endeavor.
Thank you so much for your help,

Henry Franklin
