Hmmm now that is the first time I saw the "American Bank Note Company". Of course I just had to go check on my copy of MY "Birth Certificate". there is no sign of anything like the ABNC anywhere on mine. Does that mean I was never signed away for surety?

You need to get a brand new cert copy from the birth state

THe old one doesn't have it, the new one does

This (mine) was issued on OCT 26th 2004- even newer than the one at the start of this thread. It was issued in Wisconsin.
