Re:Citizenship Defined

Sorry folks... but that ain't it at all.& You are never speaking for your "commercial person"... you always speak for yourself.& Why?& Because they have no jurisdiction whatsoever over an American National.& They do however, have jurisdiction over the commercial person.& You can't argue that... they got it down!& Your commercial person avails itself of the benefits in one way or another... like the SS# which will forever be your&STRAWMANS because they will refuse to let it go.& But you as an American National can avail yourself of benefits but not be subjected to their jurisdiction.& Now ain't that a kick?

If they want to speak to me -- they will be speaking to a Sovereign and not an agent for the STRAWMAN.

Ice,

Jurisdiction and a security interest are two different things.& If they speak to you (the sovereign) what interest do you have in any of the affairs of the STRAWMAN?& If you have no security interest in the STRAWMAN then you have no standing so, why would you need to speak anyway.& It was the Strawman that was being addressed not the sovereign.& If you have no security interest in the Strawman then you need not concern yourself with the plight of this fiction.& However, how will you function commercially in this codified society, if you do not protect your interest in the strawman?

How do you protect your interests that you have on your commercial person without speaking on behalf of your security interest? (not jurisdiction issues)

Do you just let them violate your strawman and do nothing about it?

Anyway, you slice it--they are going to have to deal with a sovereign on issues concerning the sovereign's&security interests not the jurisdiction.& Those are two separate issues that need not be combined.

From what I study and know, this nation was founded on slavery and will continue to have slaves.& Your commercial person (the 14th amendment citizen) is your own personal slave.& this system cannot survive without slaves and poverty.& Now you are not the surety of this fictious person but you do have an interest in its dealings with other fictions.& This is the gray area, otherwise known as the&"presumption".& So I am curious as to how would anyone go about not responding to anything when their commercial person is being attacked?

Good thread bruh!

Jerseee,

If they have no jurisdiction over you -- all action comes to an end.& So how can they do anything where either you or your STRAWMAN is concerned?& Remember, they operate under the delusion that YOU ARE THE STRAWMAN.& Therefore, jurisdictional questions take them completely out of the game -- and they can take NO ACTION of any kind in regards to you or your STRAWMAN.& There isn't any need to state your claim to the STRAWMAN if they have no jurisdiction in the first place.

They must FIRST demonstrate that they have any "interest" in you before they can begin to deal with the STRAWMAN.& They MUST get you to AGREE that you are the ACCOMMODATION PARTY to the STRAWMAN before they can do anything.& IF THEY CANNOT GET YOU TO AGREE TO BE THE SURETY/ACCOMMODATION PARTY then they are SOL.

JURISDICTION RESOLVES THAT ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
