Question Baby Steps to DROPING OUT!

Some help here....

If one was going to start "unplugging" from the system, what are some easy things that one can do to get started?

American National vs. American Citizen? Does that mean I should change any citizenship ID on everything I do (or retain) so show that I'm a US National, not a US Citizen? Impact of this?

Start having all mail sent to General Delivery (I suppose that means you have to go to the post office to get your mail)?

Get out of paying SS taxes or just not provide a SS number anymore?

It seems much of the stuff imposed is done to "U.S. Citizens" so you want to get out of that definintion.

Any other simple steps to start with?

Maybe this will help:

general post-office
It is essential for the success of your abatement that you go through the general post-office.
Going through the general post-office is more than having your matter posted there. It is a political question which must be resolved, using the proper tools of Law available: negotiation, reprisal and war.(46) The reasons for this become apparent when you begin to realize specifically what the general post-office is. It is more than a mailing location; it is more than just a place to pickup your mail. It is a political duty--involving a court in which you, acting Ambassador for Our Sovereign Lord and Saviour Jesus, the Christ, represent Him and His Law here on earth. We make no apologies for this attitude. This is the Truth of the matter, regardless of what any attorney tells you. Following this introduction are all the maxims of Law used in the abatements with which you should become very familiar.
The general post-office cannot be denied to any bondservant of Christ operating outside of a commercial venue. The evidence of this is in the fact that the general post-office has never been attached to any legislation through commercial statutes.
On July 1st, 1863, free city delivery service was instituted. Until this date, all postal matter was picked up by the 'patron' at the post office. Before this date, 'customers' did not exist in Postal laws. Those today who receive mail at a P.O. Box or home are referred to as 'customers,' which is, of course, a purely commercial term, and means that anyone receiving free delivery is considered to be in a commercial venue.
On the other hand, 'patron' is defined in the Law as, 'a protector or guardian'. Here is some information regarding "general delivery," (but we want to avoid general delivery, because it was created by the Post Office. The following is only for your edification).
In 1893, Marshall Cushing wrote a book titled 'The Story of Our Post Office.' On page 186, he stated that "the general delivery clerk had to deal with the leading banker, the leading politician, the smart clergyman of the town and the family that will never allow their mail to be delivered by carrier." Thus, in Chicago, 30 years after free delivery was born, these people still knew the implications of free delivery.
They knew that [it] "brings benefit to every citizen of the United States, whether he lives in city or country."(41) The key word here is 'benefit'. Receiving a 'benefit' from the government will jeopardize your abatement because it is evidence, on the record, that you have more than one Master.
When it is said that a valuable consideration for a promise may consist of a benefit to the promisor, 'benefit' means that the promisor has, in return for his promise, acquired some legal right to which he would not otherwise have been entitled "(42)
In short, free delivery is a benefit, the use of which places you into a commercial venue, and creates a legal right for the Federal government to extend its jurisdiction beyond the Post Office, which it would not otherwise be entitled to do, normally, because certain unalienable rights restrict it.
Remember, one aspect of 'unalienable' is, "not transferable," and:
...things which are not in commerce as, public roads, are, in their nature unalienable.(43)
But, this does not mean that one cannot exchange them. One can voluntarily opt for something else, i.e., a free benefit from the government -- on a post route, thereby changing one's status from unalienable to alienable -- in commerce. Through the exchange of commercial benefits, the federal power is extended.
Kelly added, referring to the "benefits of the postal highway" that:
... it is more essential for the protection of the nation than the Army and the Navy; it is the democratic instrument of a democracy.(44)
Under Lincoln, and continuing, the neo-government desperately needs commercial residents receiving free delivery, to give them the 'lienable human resources' for the debt funding system.
Further evidence of the commercial aspect of free delivery is seen in "The Postal Laws and Regulations of 1932", wherein 'letters', delivered free on 'post routes', are defined as "gas, electric, water, and tax bills or other statements of accounts, orders for merchandise, etc." (which are all commercial terms)
In the same laws, concerning transient patrons, it states, "the use of the general delivery should be discouraged if it is possible to receive mail otherwise, but if a patron insists on receiving his or her mail through the general delivery, the request must be complied with." In the current Postal Manual, transients are still totally unrestricted at general delivery, to wit:
The Post Office Domestic Mail Manual at D930, 1.1, states as follows:
General delivery is intended for use primarily at: c. Any post office to serve transients and customers not permanently located. (At 1.2, it states) Postmasters may restrict the use of general delivery by customers. (At 1.3, it states) General delivery customers can be required to present suitable identification before mail is given to them. (At 1.4, it states) General delivery mail is held for no more than 30 days, unless a shorter period is requested by the sender. Subject to 1.2, general delivery mail may be held for longer periods if requested by the sender or addressee.
1.2 and 1.3 only restrict "customers," and make no mention of "transients" from 1.1. Therefore "transients" are not restricted.
How do 'residents' fit into all this? Again, the 1932 laws only restrict 'residents' and 'persons' in general delivery, the restrictions being identical to the restrictions for 'customers' today.
In Latin 'residere' (resident) means 'sitting or sinking firmly' and 'brevis' (transient) is 'transitory, for a short time'.
As Christians, We must always look to Scripture and the Word of God as the final authority. As Scripture repeatedly points out, that, being Christians, We are 'sojourners'.
'Sojourner' is defined in the Latin as 'hospes', meaning "the 'stranger' as guest, and the host who receives him; which is, an "antique custom"(45)
In this sense, 'transient' and 'sojourner' are synonymous. To this day, the customs and usages of Christians, as sojourners, have remained in tact in general delivery.
The problem of Postmasters trying to deny general delivery for more than 30 days, has been an uphill battle for some. One must be prepared when confronting this problem.
First, cancel your P.O. Box and remove the mailbox from your house or driveway.
Second, never agree to resolve problems with anyone but the Postmaster himself. Meetings with a supervisor or Postal legal counsel can be fatal, because they can do and say anything. They are on the commercial side of The Postal Service. The Postmasters words and acts, however, must comply with Law.
Third, always put forth a benevolent attitude, carrying a demeanor of full knowledge of Postal Matters and of general delivery. This will take diligent study.
The 'mails' are a subject of vital importance to us all, because Lincoln's War began under the guise of keeping the 'post roads' open, but thereafter, free delivery and a host of other 'benefits' became the means to convert every American who used them, from patrons to residents, not of their state but of the Federal power, which opened the door to the Income Tax. This is the hidden meaning in Kelly's words that free delivery is, '...more essential...than the Army and Navy.'

Lightbulb To This End....

Whew.... :(

Folks, talk about information overload. :( :(

How about a different approach?

The problem I'm running into is that THERE IS TOO MUCH DATA on any one topic to quickly digest and understand. Maybe that's wanting it to be too easy, but as someone trained in the law and mass communications, you have to realize that the average Joe doesn't have the highest reading comprehension in the world, and the trick is to take a complex jumble of data and reduce it to factually correct, easier to digest portions that facilitiate rapid learning and comprehension.

I'm willing to work with people on this since I have the skills. If we take it to PMs, I'm interested in taking some of the easiest things one can do to start getting out of the system and writing a "how to" guide that will detail the WHY it's important, and the STEPS one needs to take to do it for themself. Of course, citations to more involved reading would be given so the "how to" guide would not be intended to replace studying volume of texts, but instead would bring all of that text into easy to understand and follow format.

For example....

1. Getting mail at your house. Why is this a bad thing? What is the DESIRED means of getting mail? How is the correct way to go about doing this? What laws empower you to demand this level of service over the traditional means of getting mail?

2. Voter registration....same issues.

3. Paying taxes (I know this is a messy one and would be much more involved since you'd want to explain the RISKS as well as the benefits of attempting it....you also want to cite sources that are getting results, not getting people into big trouble over flawed tactics and claims of law).

4. Driver's license....lack thereof....how to stop using one. What to carry when not using one (in case you are stopped).

5. Vechicle registration....lack thereof....etc.

6. Signatures....when to invoke the "Without Prejudice" UCC 1-308 and when it's not a concern.

I think you all get the point.

It's not that Suijuris isn't a great place. My lawyer boss rolls his eyes at this site mostly because he thinks (as I do) that "he who has the guns makes the rules" = the state. To a great extent, he is right. He would call what we do here as "charging windmills" (a reference to Don Quixote).

My boss just paid his servitude to the government....almost 50% of his income....even he groaned and said is was pretty much confiscatory in nature and takes away most incentive to operate a business, but he will never try and unplug the system unless you could prove to him that the system is a fraud that can be beaten via lawful means.

I've got the legal training and the writing training. I know one thing I strive for is to take overly complex concepts and distill them into a form that "less educated" people will find simpler to understand and follow.

I don't really understand a lot of these issues, and just trying to digest all of this data frankly makes my head hurt.

IF YOU PERSONALLY HAVE BEATEN THE SYSTEM on a given area (let's start with the simple stuff first, but we can start laying groundwork on the more complex stuff too) and really know the material involved, let's PM and start building these projects. It's easy to tell a person that they don't have to have a driver's license because driving is a right, not a priviledge, but if you can't put it to them in easy-to-follow format with citations to current valid law, you will NEVER convince most of them that it can be done. Frankly, I know nobody IN PERSON who successfully unplugged from the system. That's the most convincing proof is people who do it and prevail. We need more success stories, but it's the learning curve that works to the disadvantage of the many.

Heck, if a guy like me (with a law degree) is overwhealmed by how much there is to learn, what would a common Joe think? :(

I PROPOSE....

1. If you know one particular area backwards and forwards, PM me with it.

2. As you teach me (and I learn stuff for myself....based on what you tell me to study), I will try to convert what I learn into something easy to follow. I'll PM (or e-mail) it back to you for your proofreading. Between us, we should come up with a product that makes the topic easy-to-understand, with appropriate citations.

3. Since I work for a lawyer and have access to a courthouse with Lexis access, I can search to see that cited cases are still regarded as good law (critical since citing bad law only makes a fool of you in court).

4. Don't just start threads on this issue. We might need a special forum if the idea gets off the ground, but most of the stuff should be in e-mail/PM format so it stays between me and the knowledgeable people working on the project. Otherwise, the product might get tainted by a lot of hearsay knowledge that is unproven. I might also elect to just stick with 1-3 topics at a time since I need to keep the stuff straight in my mind so it makes sense. Too many pots boiling at once might mess up the quality of any one dish.

***

I need to decide IF I should do this or not. I made the decision to go to a commercial diving school next month. I'm not committed yet. I can back out. However, if this isn't really going to go anywhere, I don't want to change my plans. Likewise, if someone else has unfettered lawful access to Westlaw or Lexis to do legal research on cited cases and laws, I could still go to dive school and work on all this in my spare time. I need to make a decision before the end of this month (more or less) because my boss has to find my replacement starting the first of next month.

After I opted not to practice law, one idea was that it would be nice to really "educate" people on what the legal system really is about so that they didn't need to go to a lawyer for every little thing that goes wrong (if you only went to the first year of law school, you'd learn enough to avoid over 90% of what gets the average Joe in a bind where you need to hire a lawyer in the first place). This might be what I'm meant to do. It may mean staying in a low-paying job, but it's a job that gives me the means and access to make a difference if these projects come to fruition. Likewise, it will help me because if I figure this stuff out, I will likely use the knowledge to "unplug" myself from the system one step at a time.

Who really wants to do this? You would need to be committed since I'd be making a life choice based on the perception that there is adequate support for the project(s).

1. Getting mail at your house. Why is this a bad thing? What is the DESIRED means of getting mail?

It's a bad thing because you can't pick and chose the mail delivered to you.
You can reject certain pieces of mail, but not without annonymity- For example, the post office says to write 'rejected' on any mail you don't want. But if you write rejected on the evelope, the sender will know who rejected it - and it wasn't the post office.

2. Voter registration....same issues.

Voter registration connects you to all kinds of governmental presumptions and assumptions: U.S. citizenship, resident, pledge of property (DMV). Cancel it ASAP, and don't do it by mail. Go down to the Voter's Registration office to cancel. I asked them to PURGE my name instead of cancelling it, but they said they couldn't do that. Wonderful.

Richard McDonald's website: An extremely valuable resource:
http://www.state-citizen.org/

If had to learn this stuff over again I'd get all my information from Richard McDonald. Information on state citizenship, voter's registration, SSN, Driver's License -- Richard McDonald has it --although you should continue to read and learn from other people.

Smile Pasrico...don't give up your day job

There have been oodles and oodles of people studying how to be free and live life as a sovereign. Like you've heard before I'm sure.... there's no silver bullet. No matter how much you learn, its never enough. If there were set rules in place, the information wouldn't be so fragmented.

We are all learning and trying. What works for one, may not work for another. I think what we really is a network of savvy people filling jobs in every aspect of our social lives and political arenas who can infiltrate and penetrate our system just as the communists and counter spies do. This is how we got taken over and brain washed over the years.

Since 1992, I've been attending meetings, seminars, buying information, watching videos that inform what has been going on and how it began and I'd like to be able to say that I've seen progress.

Some people have had some successes. We may have slowed down their march toward total enslavement but we haven't stopped it. It would make a huge difference if more people in the law profession were willing to fight back, however as you know.... to be an attorney, your first duty is to the Court... and the Court is the bank.

All the best... wish you luck!
