Sovereign Citizen vs. U.S. National

Whats the difference between being a complete sovereign and a& U.S.National? Are they basically the same thing or would&being a National still put you in their law?

If you are not under the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES... how can you be subject to their law?

That is the difference in U.S citizen and u.S. National.

But "they" don't know that. And "they" perceive such a suggestion as meaning above and outside the law, which, I think, was the original meaning of "outlaw."

Been botherin' me a lot for the last couple of years that, on the one hand--as the courts have said, clearly and emphatically, and as we've all been taught our entire lifetimes--that "ignorance of the law is no excuse." However, the people who have the "power" have made no provisions for the "comman man" to come to "know" the law. (Conclusion here is, of course, if "they" really, really wanted "us" to "know" the "law," they'd make such part of mandatory public education, and so forth. Dorothy, wake up."

We've been indoctrinated in a culture which has beaten into our very souls the concept of an unquestioning loyalty and patriotism--i.e., faith--in our "government." Yet how do despise the same thing in those other evil and "oppressive" governments.

I'm going away now....

Re:Sovereign Citizen vs. U.S. National

Randy,

Sj has posted some good adjudicated case law on this forum and maybe you could browse it and read some of the court findings on the issue of jurisdiction and use that to support any cause that you may be fighting.

You know its one thing to argue your side of the story--its totally another thing for them to argue with annotated statutes that support your position.

Just a thought....

Hey, Jerseee!

Oh, my. I probably have left the impression I'm up to armpits in alligators. No, just dealing with VA dept of taxation and a couple of credit card things.

Everything else is purely for my own "educational purposes."

Randy,

You know any help is never too much, no matter how small you think your battle is. I want to hear a success story from you soon. No pressure. I just want to help anyway I can (lawfully).

good luck
