The key to all this is "it's who you say you are".

It's no good writing letters or telling the Judge how to spell you're name right...you're still under his juristiction because you gave it to him.

My basic rules of engagement with the enemy are:

1: NEVER do business over the phone.

2: NEVER give your name over the phone.

3. NEVER appelate with strangers, corporations or government officials.

4. Always print your name in capital letters followed by "by (your signature), Agent.

5. Register your ALL CAPS name as a trademark so that you own it.

6. Study all the laws and regulations you can and practice it.

7. Always question authority. A sovereign has no higher authority.

8. Don't claim social security or a pension, then try to claim you're sovereign.

9. Use a post office box as an address.

10. Set up a voice mailbox number for everything except your close friends. Corporations can't leave detailed messages.

Above all else, believe in yourself.

the only problem i have with the above list is the "get post office box" that's just wrong -- it's a commercial agreement and nexus of attachment FOR get jurisdiction, it's also a military spy-scout in the field thing.

For the new folks amongst the group

Once in a while, one may see or read or hear something that looks exactly like what they think, or like an answer to a prayer, or possibly this one may have procrastinated and or got locked up in *analysis paralysis*. Beware!

Sometimes you will see here, conflict as in different answers to the same question, i.e., the post office box vs. general delivery! Remember also, that you probably don't know anything about the persons' who have code names here and on other lists. The fact that someone is called a moderator on any of these lists, should not lead one to think that they are hearing from someone who is speaking from experience, or like the rest, passing on *hearsay* from this or other forums. Getting and taking advice over the internet is only as tricky as walking through a mine field, at the worst, or being diappointed by getting bad advice, and being the last to know.

I have been watching closely, and I see people coming here looking for answers and help in what at times, sounds like desparation. Normally, they have waited too long, and couldn't afford to get some answers from an attorney. You'll hear discussions that make it sound like going to an atty. is a fatal flaw, so I ask, do you know all the rules of courts, things like challenging in court etc. You probably need some administrative help from an atty, or maybe a legal aid. What I am suggesting, is you can spend far too much time getting the rules of the game, as opposed to making the case or defending against a cause. You should have assistance you can trust if you end up in court, so plan ahead.

I am of the opinion that, in this matrix of Gov. rules, codes, regulations, permissions, and so-called priveledges; in concert with injustice, inequality, and the immoral and unethical practices in the bqnking, real estate, insurance ,and the military industrial complex, one must do some heavy meditation, and get to discovering who you are and what you want. That means you better set some personnal, well conceived, worhwhile goals. What is it you want. You should be able to spout the answer in milliseconds. What I want is to be productive and to be happy. Others will say they just want to get to heaven.

Your goal has to be something that is real and that you can see and almost feel, in the mind's eye. Is being a soveran a realistic goal ? Let me ask, and be real in your answer to yourself, what are you really willing to give up yourself, and take away from your family in your attemts to get to the anarchy such goals connote. In reality, many of the problems we experience in our day to day life, even as law abiding citizens, don't compare with not being served by 911 services, police to help out now and then, paved roads instead of gravel and dust, drinking water, school houses and the list goes on.
As a sovern, you will be in effect, telling the world to leave you and your family out of the matrix, for better or for worse. Will this make you happy (and your family). I for one think that there should be more time spent here on addressing the law that exists today, and leave the soveranty and anarchy to the next generation, which is *our responsibility to teach*! I say that the most important thing right now, is teach your kids what you think you need to learn, you are just going to go broke in court. Define what is really important, and really, is not being able to vote or not having a driver's licence that high on the list?

When I read that someone isn't worried cuz they don't have a home , a bank account, any transportation so on, I feel I must be hearing from people barely beyond the use of reason. There are legal ways to look broke, and safe from suits, but you aren't teaching big bro or your own kids anything, if you don't use and or get involved with fixing rules & regs that exist already. I am suggesting that people should be hacking at those perverbial roots, not the branches, rather than just quoting!!!

well said ...in part.

very well said, planing ahead is a great thing. most of us talk about but fail to do. using me as an example when the group i started with wanted everyone to start in federal court, i opted for traffic court. reasons: not much to loose on a parking ticket...grins. when more serious matters came my way i was able to use the knowledge gained from traffic to advance myself in other forums. thats one reason im trying to start the traffic court here on SJ, a safe place for newbies to learn the ropes git hands on experince so when that time comes THEY KNOW FROM HAVING DONE IT FOR THEMSELVES!!! if any new ppl read this the best place to start is with something small. traffic, you and a friend decide to sue each other over a 50 buck toy, anything as long as its small and YOU control the what and time involved. this **** aint no joke, its hard and most of you are married talk it over with the spouse FIRST! if your gonna do this stuff just to stop payin taxes or to stop payin $$ outta your check, you MAY need to look at the reasons you want to do this again. the time to LEARN this stuff is when the heats OFF!!!! dont wait till you do somethin stupid then find out your in over your head. when the heats on, you wont have time to guess any way always think about it before you do it...
