Question Contracting

Does anyone have a affidavit/contract agreement that state's, they don't (the flesh & blood and strawman trust) DON'T want to contract with goverment agency, office, court, or anything above?

Thanks,
Phil

If there were such a thing it wouldn't hold up in a court if you attempted to use it. Some things become obligations whether you sign an agreement or not, i.e., your obligation to adhere to certain laws and regulations whether you agree with them or not.

Not everything is a contract or commercial issue, despite what the sellers of various theories try to make their living off you from.

Exclamation Contract(es)

What? Are you crazy? EVREYTHING is contract per, 1871 when, congress stated, "we (or sub-corporation(es!) )) have the RIGHT to sign, write, or give oral contract to howevery please(es!) the state" which, is forgien to the goverment. In other word's, WERE FORGIEN TO THE STATE in "respects" to the state.

When you hear "respects" what does that make you think? Well, if you spoke or wrote old english or england's spoken english you proable know whay i'm saying.

not so, JRB, one begs the question(s) was there a meeting of the minds? rescission of contract is A proper way to leave them where you found them for fraud. if the party's assent was given under the influence of mistake, misapprehension or...true you must be careful in using such a device but it can be done.

and a contract can be as simple as asking one's name,...wouldnt you agree JRB?

Cool Contracts

Is your mind a "device"? Are you a piece of paper? Then, you can't meet the "standard's" of another mind if, you don't "believe". Do you "believe" (as in the "Wizard Of Oz" that, your no longer in kansa? This is corrupt americKKK!

Are'nt you looking at the new's? We're no longer in america, my freind. Meet of the mind of a CONTRACTOR is like, taking a plan that a worker give's you and you would build it with nothing! That what the courts want YOU to do.

Your the holder-of-due-course (look up in 5 edition of blacks law dictionare). That mean's, you take all claim's WITHOUT prejudice. No claim will stand unless, you understand (i.e. to stand under, i.e. martial law i.e. to stand down, i.e. to "un"-derstand, i.e. none disclosure of mind in standing.) what's going on.

But, the meeting of mind is the "clause" they won't say on the record. They let you know your no longer in kansas (and it get's out) the court will no longer be a "play gound" for, judge's, lawyer's, ect... ect... yo come up with their own "idea's" to lead you into contract's by, non-disclosure of understanding.

Anyway, I hope you understand, that, their full intent is to make sure you DON'T understand.

Phil
