Foreclosure Training Case
Until the Challenge Court Forum gets up and running, we can do this here, I presume.
First, this is all hypothetical, and for educational purposes only. No liability is assumed, no value assured to anything posted in this thread.
The real value is making sure you know what you know, not that you know what someone else told you. Judges, Roy Bean included are trained to look for the chink in the armor, and to test the presentments (your claims or averments)
Judge Roy Bean has agreed to foreclose on my property.
We will call him JRB for this proceeding, since he is appearing for the plaintiff, who purports to hold the note.
There will be some fun in this, but it is intended for learning. ABSOLUTELY NO INSULTS OR ATTACKS.
One role remains to be filled. We need a presiding judge for this court.
(one other note: This is not HB v. JRB. This is a hypothetical scenario. I, for one, truly appreciate JRB being willing to do this, and I am sure I have much to learn, so here I am being the student again)
Once the judge is elected and takes the oath, we will proceed.
I'll post the scenario this evening or tomorrow.

This is absolutely sad.
Now, it's my turn to say:
What are we doing here, if no one wants a piece of knowledge?
No replies. Interesting. 58 views, but no responses.
Court is adjourned.
