Dept. of vital statisitics response

I sent them a challeng to my all caps. name about 4 months ago, with a default clause giving them 30 days to rebutt or birth certificate is null and void. Take a look at the docs. and let me know where I should go from here.

Notice under RE: they spell my name Daniel Aaron Opdyke and not DANIEL AARON OPDYKE.

Either the clerk is totaly clueless to what I have stated or they really have something to hide by giving me a reply of "Because thats the way we have it in our computer"
