Common Law Marriage Certificate

Anybody got a example of a common law marriage certificate or birth certificate example to share?

yes - look at any high-quality family bible.& in there you should find a marriage certificate, a place for children's names, etc.


that's all you need.


now, if you are not christian, or not religious, still look, but use it as a template for your own use.


basically, all you need [i think]&is the title ("Marriage Certificate"), the two being married, the date, time & place, the name of the pastor/public official [you may not be able to get by with a&"common-law"&certificate via a public official]&(an affidavit for him/her wouldn't hurt either), and two witnesses (names & addresses at the time).& signatures for everyone involved, etc.


that should do it.
