Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?

Non-Domestic is Non Federal. I wouldn't suggest anyone use the word Federal on ANYTHING. Your getting in their sandbox! The use of anything at the Post Office does not create citizenship. Contracting with the Post Office, i.e. P.O. box and home delivery, creates a certain liability.

One has to be VERY careful in filling out the Post Office Box application. They require you to have certain ID but that in fact can be worked around. KNOW what law governs you and get in good with one, if not all or most, of the clerks.

The use of zip codes is voluntary just like slavery is!

John Henry Doe

123 Street Avenue

Atlanta (12345)

Georgia Republic

Non-Domestic

Never had a problem with mail....

YES, collecting mail at your home or place of buisiness does put you in their jurisdiction.

It's called the buck act. title 4 USC sec 71 & 72 limits the seat of the usurpers to ten square miles called WASHINGTON D.C. now the STATE OF NEW COLUMBIA. sections 104 thru 113 are called the buck act (under the control of the secretary of the treasury) to draw lines within geographical boundaries of any STATE and exercise jurisdiction over that geographic area. when "persons" claim "residency" "within" these federal jurisdictions they are claiming a responsibility for paying off the U.S. bankrupcy.

One of the downers here is that most online services that ship things will only take the zip code numbers and not allow brackets, or the "c/o", etc. They just don't know.

heres somthing else to help you in your endevours.

Domestic Mail Service Regulations, Section 122.32 ,

the U.S. Postal Service cannot discriminate against the non-use of ZIP codes, pursuant to the Postal Reorganization Act, Section 403 ( Public Law 91-375)

if they give you any s@#t ask them if they are trying to make a legal determination for you, get a name and file a complaint.

just did a two hour search for the domestic mail manual 122.32. the sneaky little traitors took it off the internet, I had it saved on floppy from a couple years ago I'll see if I can find it, till then I got this from the roaming guillotine's site, it's called Standard Adressing Formats A010.1.2e(2) unless required above, ZIP codes may be omiited from single piece rate parcel post, and pieces bearing a SIMPLIIFIED ADDRESS.

Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?

We had a conversation at a seminar some years ago concerning the P O dilemma. If you do not want to use "general delivery", one can do the following and stay out of their sandbox:

(1.) John Henry Doe

In care of:

Post Office Box 1007

Anywhere, State

(2.) Without Prejudice

John Henry Doe

c/o Post Office Box 1007

Anywhere, State

10009

under necessity

Use the power of the Affidavit to set your mail location. Mail to the Postmaster of the local PO and to the Postmaster General, Washington, District of Criminals.

We would suggest that all who use the defacto PO, use the Affidavit FIRST.

Respectfully submitted.

You know, I really think folks are making this more complicated than it is.

Squirrel,

Good sleuthing!!! There are 2 publications that they have that we should be aware of. One is the IMM (International Mail Manual) the other is the DMM (Domestic Mail Manual). Both are updated very often so it you have information from one that is more than a year old, you may want to go and make sure the info is current.

But my position is why not use the STRAWMAN? Hell it is his right. Folks should already be indemnified so what is the use creating another situation that they cannot prove?

I just look at things in a simple way to avoid any argument or potential dispute. Doing these things creates a debate in some form or fashion.

thoughts on this.....

yeah your probably right. since I removed myself from the great satan I dont send or receive mail anywhere, you cannot operate in the SYSTEM when you are not in the SYSTEM, I sent a friend a letter shortly before removeing myself, and I was stupid enough to do it at the roaming guillotine's office, I didnt have a return address on the envelope, the satans little helper behind the counter said I had to have one on it, so I put my name on it in the proper place. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS. two days went by and all kinds of mail started coming to the strawman at that address from every different type of agency that represents the great satan. let my lesson be a lesson to all, those scanners at the roaming guillotines office work VERY WELL!!!
