Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?
I am reading CTC3. I am to the part where the government atty says that using the postal service makes one a "citizen".
What?
Can someone give me the ins and outs of how to use the postal service without jeopardy?

Re:Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?
Using the postal service (general deliver) does not make you a citizen... but the government may try to claim that accepting the benefit of free home delivery does.
But where is the contract? And when was there full disclosure of the terms of the contract?

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Plus,
If someone snuck in from Liberia and used the postal system--does that make them a citizen?
hahhahahahaaaaa. HB those guys are so full of it. Ask you can see, they will try to do everything they can to take your freedom from you--especially when they call it a "benefit". Makes you think twice about that word doesn't it?
hahahahahaaa
Just laugh at them....

Re:Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?
What really gets me about this idea of "benefit" is this: a fee is paid for the delivery of the mail.& If I address a letter and place a stamp on it the post office has accepted payment to take it to the destination as addressed -- HOW IS THAT A BENEFIT?

Ice,
More than just that thought....if using their system "makes you a citizen", then have BB explain to us, what is the status of foreigners in other countries that receive international mail from the states?
Hahhahahhaaaahhahaaa
Folks, can you see that they will do anything to get jurisdiction? this is too funny.

Re:Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?
Studied this issue a few years ago. The stamp that you purchase covers the cost from Post Office to Post Office but delivery to a box or to your home is considered free, hence the benefit. About a year or so ago I saw on the news where someone had fixed up an old horse drawn postal carriage and on the side it said "Free Delivery".
So how do you get mail then?....General Delivery.
Rory
P.S. There is a difference between Post Office and Postal Service.

Re:Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?
Zip Codes by Richard McDonald
Newsletter
& Vol. I, No. 6
Use of& the ZIP& Code& is& voluntary.& See& Domestic& Mail Services Regulations,& Section 122.32.& You should also know that the Postal service cannot discriminate against the non-use of the ZIP Code. See "Postal Reorganization Act", Section 403, (Public Law 91-375).
The federal& government utilizes the ZIP code to prove that& you reside& in a "federal district of the District of Columbia". This is& why the& IRS and& other government agencies (state& and federal)& require& a& ZIP& Code& when& they& assert jurisdiction by& sending you& a letter. They& claim& that& this speeds the& mail, but this is a sly and subtle TRICK.& It is also PRIMA FACIE& evidence that& you are& a subject& of Congress and a "citizen of the District of Columbia" who is "resident" in one of the several States.
The& receipt& of& mail& with& a& ZIP& code& is& one& of& the requirements for& the& IRS& to& have& jurisdiction& to& send& you notices. The government& cannot bill a Citizen& of California, because he is not within the purview of the MUNICIPAL LAWS of the District of& Columbia.& In fact, the Internal Revenue Service has adopted the& ZIP code& areas as& Internal Revenue Districts.& See the Federal Register, Volume 51, Number 53 , Wednesday, March 19, 1986.
You must& remember that the Postal& Service& is& a& private corporation, a quasi-governmental agency.& It is no longer a full government agency. It& is like& the Federal Reserve System, the Internal Revenue Service, and the United States Marshall Service. They& are all& outside the& restrictions of the Federal Constitution, as& private corporations.& They are all powerful in their respective& areas of& responsibility to& enforce collection
for the& federal debt. So, if you are using a ZIP code, you are in effect& saying openly& and notoriously that you do not live in the State& of California,& but, instead& are a& resident& in& the california area of the District of Columbia (a federal district). There are& some so-called& Patriot groups& that I& consider to be patriots for& money. They advocate& the use& of Title& 42 suits (which are& for federal& citizens only),& send mail to you with a ZIP Code,& and ask& you to& do things& that place& you within the
municipal jurisdiction of the District of Columbia.
Remember these& individuals may& be agents of the government or, even& worse, are advocating a one-world government by the use of the Social Security number and the ZIP code.
ZIP Code Invokes Federal Jurisdiction:
So you& must be& aware of& the movement& towards a one-world government through& annihilation or elimination of State Citizens by use of the so-called 14th Amendment and its related laws.
This movement& can be& halted by& the efforts of everyone to return to& the status& of Primary& State Citizens.& By becoming a State Citizen and not a citizen of the United States, you can get the federal government off your back and out of your billfold.
Speaking for& myself, I& want the& Original Constitution for the United& States of& America put& back& in& force,& as& applied against the& federal government, and the States restored to their original status as Republics.
So, all& you have& to do& is to& study& and& determine& your status, whether& you are& a "slave"& and a& second-class& citizen commonly referred& to as& a "federal& citizen"), or& a Sovereign State Citizen (e.g. of California).
You must decide who and what you are!!!!!

Re:Using Postal Service makes you a citizen?
Tora,
IF you want written proof by the Post Office, ask them what is the correct format for addressing something for international mail?
In their book International Mail Manual (IMM), it tells you clear as day. the reason I say this is because you can address something to someone in another state, using the international mail format and it proves that the US is a foreign gov. from the states. For example,
TL DAVIS
c/o 123 Freedom Ave.
Biloxi,
Mississippi
This is a piece for international mail. It may not be accurate but that is the idea.
