state Citizen and U.S. National

Does anyone here know if there is a difference between a state Citizen and a U.S. national? Are they one and the same?

Thank you, Jerseee. So they have in common that neither of them are U.S. citizens.


Can anyone please tell me what the difference between the two are, if any?

I could be mistaken but a state Citizen is from the state--a US national is a Citizen of the union

Just received my renewal of registration from BB as they extract FRN's from me for my 'license/permission' to be 'allowed' to utilize my knowledge and abilities to help people overcome their health problems and attain a higher level of living.



On the questionnaire, besides all the stuff about whether I've been arrested, commited a crime, etc..., there's the question of US citizenship. "Are you a U.S. citizen or a qualified alien as defined below?"



Then you must sign under penalty of possible criminal prosecution, disciplinary action, loss of license, and professional misconduct.



Boy, wish I could just do my thing without the 'permission' of BB to do so.



Any ideas or suggestions as to how I might answer this 'Yes/No' question?

I look at such forms as contracts, and frequently modify contracts I do not like. If I see terms that I do not understand or am not comfortable with, I will cross them out and replace them with terms suitable to me before signing.



Do you know of any law that states an American National will be declined whatever it is you are applying for? Check the laws...

[color=black][b]Also, check your state statutes regarding Declaration of Domicile. You file it with the county clerk & get the microfice number. Add a ckeckbox to the form "Your State" State Citizen

Write in the contract - "This application invalid without attached Declaration of Domicile". Write page 1 of 1, 1 of 2, etc. . .

Sign it with "All Rights Reserved". They can never come back and say that is your signature unless they can prove "full disclosure"... which hasn't happened with such terms as "U.S. citizen".



Don't trip... this is easy enough to get around.
