Anybody else thinking about assuming a new (not enumbered) identity to entirely drop out of the system? Coming out of Babylon

If you've thought your name was JOHN HENRY DOE for so many years, you might be surprised that the surname may not technically be part of your name and that neither "John Henry" nor "Neo" may exist in the STATE OF OZ. Might be easier than you think. Or do you prefer being called "Mr. Doe"?

My parents gave my christian name and my husband gave me the surname, but (unknowingly) gave those names to the state. But I pray to God to give me a new name, so that I may use that name instead, and part ways with the name that is in bed with the state.

Your husband didn't have title to the surname, nor did his parents. The surname/family name is commonly shared among all the members of a family.

Think if a whole family (45 people or so) owned a truck. Could any one of them "give" the truck away?

Nor could I give my wife my family name.

The district is a municipal-style organization. Therefore they are offended by the true name:

Note the correction came a month later after I reported the falsification of court documents to Congress, giving Manspeaker the month to state his justification for the falsification.

Note that "name" in parenthesis is the exact same definition "in common law" as Legal name. (Black's Law Dictionary; Fifth Edition.) Name to attorneys is different than name to people. Think about it. You parents did not debate whether the family name would be Doe, or Smith; did they? The only choice was about the first and middle names.

Years of experience and several of those in the booking area of the local jailhouse has taught me the the name, new name of acquittal is your true name. Over a hundred suitors have entered the district court in the sovereignty of their true names without a single sanction, contempt of court or required (coerced) appearance.

They can threaten you, but they cannot impose those sanctions... cause they don't own you...
