Receiving WANTED Mail: How to?
OK, I have done a lot of homework on the mail issue, but this one has me stumped.
I want to receive mail, in my DBA name, for accounts (power, phone, etc) that are set up in my DBA name.
But they are going to send it to the corporate NC, not North Carolina.
I suppose I could send it back, not residing here, but I want to receive this mail, I just cannot do it.
Any suggestions on how to receive mail from a corporation that cannot send to the proper address?
I may just tell them if they can't send it to the proper location to not send it.
Any thoughts appreciated.
Henry Franklin.

Mailing Jigsaw Puzzle
Quite the Conundrum
I was thinking about just getting a nominee like a college student or immigrant wanting to establish fiscal responsibility by showing that they can pay bills, live somewhere, etc. . .'
Either that or get a nominee to open up a corporate mailbox in an LLC or another dba, and have the bills in the LLC/DBA name.

Re: Receiving Wanted Mail
Greetings,
Although a little tedious, why not put everything you own in a trust. Appoint a trustee in another state to be noticed as to any billing or legal matters, posted on your (the TRUST'S) property. BUT THEN use the name of the trustee to establish phone, electricity, and other various accounts in your state at the address where you exist and DO NOT DO ANYTHING IN YOUR OWN NAME. Bills can be paid by postal money order in the name of the TRUST and TRUSTEE typed on the order. If you want to receive anything from close friends, have them sent it to someone you trust with a private mark designating that it is for you, OR simply have them send it to your address in the name of the TRUSTEE.
Put your phone in the name of the TRUSTEE. In other words, the TRUSTEE will call and change the account to private unlisted and only give the number to immediate friends. PEACE AT LAST!!!
As for a DRIVER'S LICENSE, if you feel you must maintain one, renew it to general post office or general delivery.
Sincerely,
truth

Sorry Henry, but you've wasted a lot of time researching the mail issue. There is only one and it doesn't matter if you or they abbreviate it.

Re: Receiving Wanted Mail
Greetings [JUDGE] Roy Bean,
O.K. IF what you say is true, then HJR-192 must apply accordingly. But, how can it, since "NO STATE SHALL ... COIN MONEY; EMIT BILLS OF CREDIT; OR MAKE ANY THING BUT GOLD AND SILVER COIN A TENDER IN PAYMENT OF DEBTS." Now, THERE'S a conundrum FOR us all. Something ain't kosher in the PICKLE FACTORY!!!
Sincerely,
truth

Really?
Care to back that up with some fact? Otherwise, I will disregard your post.
Thanks

How about this
I think weiss does this.
I do.
get a prepaid goft visa, master card you can get as a gift and not put a name on it then,
pay those items online. Most companies have an option to stop recieving paper bills.
Then you can reload it via postal money order or however.

Judge Roy Bean's deception
The tricky Judge Roy Bean is up to it again.

He would have you all believe that "NC" is an abbreviation for North Carolina. Untrue. "N.C." is an abbreviation for North Carolina. Or maybe "N. Carolina". That is another clear way to abbreviate North Carolina.
Colorado would be abbreviated "Colo." in most cases. But Henry, do not get distracted by his cute little red herring. No need to demand proof from such a trickster - an attorney in a black robe. You should know what to expect.
I only read Judge Roy Bean's posts because I have seen these tricks before. I find attornies writing their endorsement of the Big Lie quite edifying.
For commercial suits through your mailbox and P.O. Box or whatever, do not be shy about using the trust set up on the bank note (birth certificate) the day you were born - Henry Franklin BOWMAN. Understand assumpsit, and that your agreement to be sued and then settle out of court once a month by the utility company does not boil over to the IMF or some tricky attorney down the street. A roofing company cannot presume you are that trust based on you appearing for it whenever the utility company sues you (monthly). This resolution of your identity is called capital integration. Come out of Her (METRO/global municipality); receive the smooth white stone that acquits - the new name. [Funny that you have to get completely cured into your true identity before you may comfortably open up the trust entity/legal name's mail.]
Better yet though, figure out how to get around appearing for the trust. Be Henry Franklin, the man. When the suit arrives just send it back, you not being Henry Franklin BOWMAN but pay what you guess you owe for utility usage and then some. The utility company will simply put the extra in arrears. You can drop by now and again when you are downtown and check the balance in the account.
Point being get rid of all the contracts (suits and settlements) that you can. Until you have maybe less than five. Then just send back the misnomer suits as "reminders" to pay up the monthly settlement.
Regards,
David Merrill.
P.S. D.Dog; clever idea. I think I will set up a card like that. Just in case I wish to start getting sued all the time (for benefits of contract of course). But I sure have a suspicion that you already admit to receiving all the bennies of Rural Free Delivery.

Another
very good question. So, here we are, knowing that BB has so infected not only our "rights" and freedoms that even our everday affairs have become trapped within the garbage generated.
Our common sense says that, we have agreed to pay as we go, but now we have to look at EVERYTHING to see if there are underLYING possibilities of danger to our very existence.
What a sad state of affairs when one man can set himself up as a JUDGE over other men and pronounce sentence and rules over the rest, even when noone has granted the authority for it to be done. No credentials, no contract, no agreement, NO AUTHORITY.
We must therefore, put on the "whole armor" and watch our six.
