Re:Get Out of SS

Jerseee,

Yeah, I'm really busy.& Just got a lot of work to do.

In regards to the modification.& The modification is a simple one.& The "U.S. Passport" at the top of page 3 is changed to "USA Passport".& (I believe one other place in the middle of the page&"US" is changed to&"USA").& A very slight modification... but enough to get the point across.& When/if citizenship status ever becomes a question - this would be one proof.& Since the do***ent is "ambiguous" where the term "US" is concerned, a little "clarification" is needed.

If they ever raise a stink about the modification - what would come of it??& Would they want this point brought up in the public forum of a court room?& And, if it is brought into that forum, would they admit to the exact meaning of the term "US"??& If they claim any certain definition of that term in court - then what?

The truth is, I didn't modify the form... and the proof of burden would be on the prosecution to prove that the individual that used the form is the same individual that modified it.

I understand Ice.& Oh, and I know you didn't modify the form.& I was just a little concerned since I know your modis operandi--cited cases and not theory is how you operate.

But from my knowledge it is against their law to modify government forms--I also work in this area as well.& I just wouldn't want a fellow redemptor to fall prey to admitting to altering BB's docs.& One more hidden landmine if you ask me.

But I did register with Chris' site and posed the question.& I just hope I didn't come off as a skeptic and a person that doesn't do their research before questioning a process.
