What the heck am I?

I am a man born to parents who were American.



Am I an American Citizen?



Am I am American National



What am I supposed to assert?



I know I am not a U.S. Citizen, but being a NC citizen is no better IMHO.



I am reading thru these posts, and see the point of "let them prove what you are", but what am I. I'd like to know what is most advantageous.

How about a Sovereign Man upon the land and nothing more or less?

OK, I like that. Now, how can I assert that via the Constitution, or case law?



I am not asking for a handout, I am just really confused. I am trying to do a Land Patent, Fight BB, tell the Bank to kiss it, and I really want to know how to act when I meet Johnny Jack-Boot on the road.



If it's a post, shove me in that direction, but the "to travel is a right" post uses the upper case "Citizen" several times. I am wondering how to use that if I am not a "Citizen" (State or US).



But Wait, I guess a Sovereign is above a Citizen, although I don't know how to assert that either, but I am starting to get the picture while typing this out.

You are a sovereign man of nature born of your Creator. You are bound to honor the Law Of Nature which is constant, and to honor all contracts (agreements) that you have entered into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally.

You have the right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that is unrevealed and hidden from you either in the past, present or future.

Like a child cannot be held acountable for their actions due to their innability to properly assess risks for lack of knowledge and ignorance the same is true of man or woman regardless of age.

It is not necessary to utilize their laws to inform them of what they already know. JUST LIVE YOUR LIFE AS SOVEREIGN. Make ALL RIGHTS RESERVED part of your signiture.

Inform them should you chose to recite their laws that you are speaking in their language for their own understanding and not for your inclusion into their system.

Inform them you do not accept liability for any unrevealed/hidden contract.

Continue if you like to get a drivers license, be sure to state all rights reserved with your signiture. To drive without a drivers license would be cumbersome and restrict your freedom. If the contract is not in plain view it does not apply.
