Data,
The second link you gave is a guy criticizing Cornforth's teachings because he allegedly cites tax statutes that do not exist.
To support his claim, he links to a scan with various USC statues circled, and a bit of research shows that some of them do not exist. However, one is left to assume that the scan is from something Cornforth prepared, although no indication or proof of this is provided.
Do you have in your possession such proof, or are you passing along gossip?

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Drafted for war
Public law 86-70 deleted "Alaska" in the Universal Selective Service Act in the definition of the term "United States" How can one claim to be subject to an Act that does not include an area where you were born?
Note: I found the "Alanskan Omnibus Act" a great read, as it shows how up to 1959 how many of the "laws" did not apply to the States that comprise the Union.

Riverplow,
The real question is:
Which United States is trying to draft anyone?

There isn't going to be a draft.
2 democrats put the bill up in order to dupe folks into believing that GW was going to introduce the draft. Well, the Republicans brought the bill up for a vote -- and even the 2 Democrats that wrote the bill voted against it. The Rep. decided they were going to put their foot down and let everyone know that the draft thing was a scam -- it got voted down quick.
Never believe that crap ... do the research and then make your decisions. I have never -- not once -- believed that bs about the draft. There is a lot more bs that I won't ever believe because THE FACTS say otherwise.
( Here's one -- 45 million americans without health coverage -- that number is a lie. It's more like 2 million and those are folks that are young, in their prime and more than likely have DECIDED THEY DON'T NEED IT )
The point of this little rant is to remind y'all to CHECK THE FACTS before you believe any of that bull****.

Jerseee,
Perfect question, show the definitions of the legal terms like person, state, United States, resident and employee.
I will not have to prove anything the loophole is clear, wantever the law is, it does not apply to the creators of this mental fantasy that is known as government, we are the sovereign people there are no laws that apply to us except "Do unto others"

riverplow,
By jove I think you've got it!!!
Please keep in mind, this is not about anarchy. It is about self-governance and loyalty to the right government.
We all need to know which government to defend. this is where I made my mistake but, I didn't know any of this until it was too late.
the government of the people does not interfere with other nations--it the corporate one that does.

Exactly Ice.
