Prove im a U.S. Citizen

Ice and jerseee keep making very good points about asking the government to prove you are a U.S. Citizen or within their jurisdiction. They would have to produce documents stating why you are within their jurisdiction and the neat thing about it is, there has to be a remedy under the law for everything, so if they submit a document saying you are within their jurisdiction, they would be telling you that voiding that document removes you from their jurisdiction, so they have to keep quiet about the scam if asked about it. offering the court to submit proof of their jurisdiction by documents and not hearsay may be a good offensive move.

Thanks Kgod!!

All, the constitution is not ambigous of full of crap like statutes and codes! To support Kgod's ascertion, is Amendment XIV, section 4 (pay close attention to the italicized words and read them carefully):

"Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States , or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void. . "

Now reading those passages that I have italicized--what is that saying? The first question I had when I read this was, "How in the world can the United States rebel against themselves if there is only one United States?"

There are more questions that one could ask but the Constitution is clear!! And it is the most brilliant document ever written!!

Think on this: They will ask if you have a DL or an SS #.

I don't.

My "business" does. Oh yeah, my business even has a name which I have copyrighted to protect.

See what I did?... see where I took that?... ain't that simple?

I don't have an opinion about whether it is brilliant, malicious or not. I only know the Constitution back then doesn't apply to the people today.

I believe it does. Now if someone is a racist then that is a different agenda. But in a jural society this or either a treaty are necessary.

What does racism have to do with a documen that doesn't apply to the people of today? I don't get it.

Read the document. three fifths of a person ring a bell.

And why don't you think that it does not apply to people today? (this answer should be interesting to read)

I have already told you why I do not think it applies to the people today: I agree with Lysander Spooner. And why do you think think it applies? (this answer should be interesting to read.)

And I have no idea what you are talking about: "three fifths of a person".
