What is an abatement? how does one file one?

How does one file a motion to dismiss? when does it have to be done and what is the correct way to file one?

What is a surety bond?

when is the appropriate time to file an abatement. how soon do you need to do it?

how does one file a motion to dismiss? at point must you file it for your recourse?
