The Federal Litigation Game
How would the fellow sovereigns of suijuris feel about a question and answer game in the form of jeorapady to test your knowledge of the litigation procress, ucc, presentment, jurisidiction?
You could also add bonuses such as what do you do if a federal agent is filing a suit against you do you first a)
B) c) or d)
more points will be added and somebody can come up with some sort of point system.
who ever has the highest points at the end of 90 days wins....... This could be stimulating for the downtimes when chatter gets slow.

Courts for 100
Sorry Mystic, we were looking for The District Court of the United States of America.
US District Courts are Article 1 courts and are Administrative. They operate in Admiralty. If you argue in these courts, you lose. When you argue, you are considered a Debtor, and Debtors always lose. If you testify, you lose. Only Debtors testify, and Debtors always lose.
5 USC 552a. (g)(1)(D) references "the district courts of the United States". You have a much better opportunity to bring your law into these Article III courts, and to win.
Other examples of Satan's deception -
US President instead of President of the United States
US Constitution instead of Consitution of the United States
US Supreme Court instead of Supreme Court of the United States

Mystic, I am not sure about your intentions, but is this just your creative way of asking questions of how the process works in order to learn?
If so, you are going to need to read the Judiciary Act and its Amendments, Title 28, The Rules of Procedure, and The Rules of Evidence.

Seeing as how Congress only established one Article III court and never staffed it with an Article III judge, that is not possible. See chapter 5 USC title 28 section 81 through 133. Move to Hawaii and demand of Congress they staff the court with a Article III judge. Hey and while your at it tell, them to establish Justice by fulfilling the Article III requirement of a supreme court and Article III judges to staff that also. Tell them to stop the religious test for office in the oath of office in violation of the Constitution, GOOD LUCK!

Riddle me this: Since corporations aren't allowed by the rules to use their own in-house counsel for representation in Federal courts, how do the "corporate" goofballs in all caps names expect to respond without having an attorney?

Good question JRB.
I'd venture to say it can't be done...
