Has anyone successfully tracked their payment to the court to the Judges retirement or slush fund?

There are usually provisions in the State Codes that provide for x amount of each fien, fee etc. be disbursed into different accounts, one of which may be the Judges Retitement Fund.

I posted both Idaho's and Michigan's Codes which show where the money goes, and how much goes to the Judge's Retirement Fund, and how it is allotted.

It is not a matter of tracing one's individual fine or fee.

Oh I was watching a video produced by the LRG where they talked about a man (I forgot his name) that traced his check to the Judges Slush Fund.

Would that be ol' Marvin Bryer? He is the kind of nut that probably would be able to trace the checks "journey" as he had worked in banks for years and understands monetary "conversions". This is where the tracing element comes in I would guess? I wish you luck in trying to figure out what that clown is actually able to do, cause he sure don't spell it out! Actually his so-called "teaching" on this subject makes virtually no sense at all!

They return mine without paying a fee for it every month. Maybe because of the "clause" I put on my check or copyright. I'm not sure.

Well I need to find a bank that will return the actual canceled checks, or some info on how to get mine to do it, because I will not write a check unless the exact same instrument is returned to me cancelled.

So if some one could help me out here, I would be most grateful.

I just send money orders now.
