Supreme Court
Why is everyone always saying that there are no article 3 courts except for maybe D.C and Puerto Rico. I understand on a federal level. there are only maybe 1 or 2 supreme courts, but on a state level there is a Supreme Court for every entire 50 states? Wouldnt this constitutue an Article 3 court in every state insofar as the state level just not the federal. Maybe im just thinking outside the box, or maybe i misunderstood when people make that generalazation of no article 3 courts nationwide... Im assuming they meant on a federal level only? As there is an article 3 court on a state level?
Here is the address of the state supreme court in New York.
