Family Court Fraud

I received a one page order from family court consisting of Afidavit, Rule To Show Cause and Proof of service. Interestingly enough the affidavit was NOT signed either by the petitioner or the notary, the order to appear in court was NOT signed by the judge and the Proof of Service was not signed or dated. Furthermore, the document is NOT stamped and cannot be found in my records. It appears that there is a fruadulent affidavit, a fraudulant order and a fruadulatnt proof of sevice all on one sheet of paper with NO signatures of any kind and not officially a part of my record. I was considering filing a Motiona to Strike but if the case is not in my record how can they strike something that really doesn't exist? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
