Fellow Patriots,
I recently started working on writing a book to manage all the legal information I am learning. My goal is to produce a short book, 30 – 50 pages long, that outlines the basic procedural arguments. I will briefly explain each argument in the book, and eventually, each argument will have a corresponding memorandum which will brief the issue out more thoroughly.
Most of the briefs have already been written. I just got to go through each one, clean it up, fix the formatting, highlight user-specific information (i.e. name, case number, venue, etc.), convert motions into memorandums, and number and name each one. It will be time consuming, but its easy work and the final product will be immensely rewarding and well worth the effort. When I’m done there will probably be several reams worth of paperwork.
I have not attempted to prove with this book any of the assertions made therein. Instead I have laid out the facts as concisely as possible, focusing mainly on the chronological ordering of the information. If you doubt any claims, arguments, premises, or other assertions made by this book please refer to the corresponding briefs (when they are released) or contact me directly for clarification and additional proof. When you go into court you don't want to go half ****ed. This book is intended mainly as a reference sheet, something that can be used as a game plan to keep your defense strategy organized, something that serves as an index for your arguments and briefs. This guide will enable you to attack each and every point of your opponents case without missing a beat! That is the main goal of this publication.
This book is and always will be free. Please review what I've written and let me know what you think! If you have any questions, suggestions, or other comments please, by all means, contact me! All feedback is welcomed and appreciated!
Feel free to download the copy in MS Word format and rewrite the document to your heart's content. Just highlight or color your changes so they stand out, then PM the document to me, post it here, or e-mail it. All revisions will be evaluated, and if they seem good I will add them to the book!
Yours in Christ,
Zach Doty
