This guy posts bond on a charge.
This guy shows up to court using the redemption theory and stands in the peanut gallery not identifying himself but asking the judge questions regarding some sort of claim.
The judge has the officer in the court go into the peanut gallery and arrest the guy and took him off to jail.
Two days later the guy's family is notified that they may obtain the guy at the jail for another bond in the same amount for the original alleged charge against him.
He is released!
Almost four years later... this guy is arrested again and bonded out on the same alleged charge once more.
This guy was never ever arraigned on the charge during the four year period.
This guy has been bonded out of jail three times for the identical arrest date.
Here is the kicker...
The bonding company is suing this guy for the first bond in the amount of $$$$$.00 claiming that this guy violated/breached the terms of the agreement when the judge arrested this guy when he first attempted to appear.
