When you request for new hearing or trial de novo, you have to follow the content of what the cop put down on the citation base on your driver license info. You can sign your autograph SaveUncleSam "DBA" or "Without prejudice" under your autograph without giving any jurisdiction. The clerk is not going to concern the way you sign your autogragh except the black roper who is going to presiding on your case.

Funny, I refused for cause another parking ticket.
They sent me a letter saying my (ALL CAPS) "ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL" of the parking citation below has been considered . After reviewing the circumstances of your case, the following determination was made : Ticket HHL10010854 Denied: The amount of $XXXXX must be received at the Parking Violations Office within 15 days of this date to avoid penalties. (in bold) This notice must be included with your payment.
Signed
Parking Violations Office
So I had 15 days to pay the first piece of paper left on my care, and here is a second "Notice" and another 15 days to pay. SO I am assuming this is a second chance offer which I will timely refuse for cause.
Two interesting things, the last ticket I got before this one I Refused For Cause and was sent this same kind of notice for which I did not respond to. Usually after 60 days there will be subsequent notices and fines doubled if you just ignore a ticket. I have yet to receive anything regarding the original ticket.
The second interesting thing is that I used a different return address than what is on my registration, and they sent this notice to that address instead of the one on my registration. I wonder what would of happened if I gave no return address.

You have a name?
You have a last name?
What is a name?
How do you get a name?
Why do you have to have a name?
Do you know what a name is?
It is my understanding that a name is that designation which is assigned to property by the owner thereof.
So are you property?
Do you have an owner?
I know that I am not property, and that I do not have an owner.
Therefore I do not have a name.
So for what reason are you entering into their fictitious venue?
Is it your intention to get your DRIVER license saved?
Do you use this document to make your living?
Do you commit commerce while you are traveling in your private automobile?
Are you a chauffeur?
Are you for hire?
Are you a federal employee?
Are you using your automobile for official use?
When you signed that ticked under threat, duress and coercion.
What did you actually promise to do?
Did you promise to appear at such and such date?
How does a flesh and blood spirit being appear?
I still haven't figured out what appear means.
I believe I know what it means to disappear,
to suddenly POOF!!!be gone out of sight.
So I guess the opposite of disappear would be to suddenly appear POOF!!!materialize from nowhere.
Can you do that?
I know that an actor appears in a stage play or a movie.
Is that what you are going to do by going into their fictitious stage (Court)
Did you promise to do anything else that was on that document that you are calling a ticket?
Did you promise to do anything else?
Are there four corners around the area that you signed your autograph in?
Does the rest of that document have anything to do with the part that you signed your autograph in?
Besides promising to appear at the clerk at the address on the document did you promise to do anything else.
Did you promise to speak to a Hairy faced woman in a black dress?
Did you agree to answer any questions presented to you?
Did you agree to sign into any court room?
Were you told at anytime that when you applied for a driver license that you would be giving up your unaleinable right to travel and that by accepting that document you would only have a privilege to drive that could be taken away from you at their whim?
Did you understand that you were joining a club called citizenship=Slave?

The two original r4c's that I did for parking tickets were mailed back to the offices with no return address on the envelope. The enclosed letter was anonymous. I received a reply back from the second ticket about a week after I sent it; I am still waiting on the first ticket and it has ben over 30 days, still no word.

Oops.. so the second ticket people went into the DMV database, ran the plate number and sent it to the address shown. They included the printout in the envelope. I knew thy would do his since I knew all these offices have DMV computer hookups.

I understand your questions and I agree. I need to network with sovereigns in my area to learn to begin the steps. In Massachusetts, tickets (called citatons) are not signed by the driver. So basically I did not romise anything. Our DLs are signed however. I was allowed to sign the application for renewal as All Rights Reserved True Name; dba LEGAL NAME. However I was nt allowed to sign anything but my legal name on the graphic tablet. I assume this has the effect of signing citatons.

OK;
So let me get this right.
You seem to have ignored the first eight questions that I asked in my earlier post.
Quote:
You have a name?
You have a last name?
What is a name?
How do you get a name?
Why do you have to have a name?
Do you know what a name is?

Do you have an owner?
|
Those were not actually rhetorical questions.
Will you please answer them?

So what is your area?
I'm sovereign!(And I know what it means to be sovereign)Do you?
I'm on the area known as Earth.
With the advent of the internet does this not count as your area? Or networking?
Why would I have taken the time to type out what I did in the previous post to you if that was not my intentions?

I've never had or used a signature.
I do however use an autograph.
