Now the police officer who was in his personal car. Came up and ask for my Driver liscense and reg. I ask why he said just give it to me. Now I am a black man in Prince william county with now 3 cops on the scene. The Police officer that pull me over never ask a question he slowly went back to his car, But the other Police officer who was in his personal car said I cut him off. and said he is writing me a ticket for Reckless Driving. I knew if I said one thing wrong he would've tried to arrest me. So I ask how can you write a ticket when your not the arresting officer he wouldnt say. So I tried to get the other cops name and car number but I didnt want to step out the car and he assume I am trying to assault him. Well I sign the Ticket and wrote under duress and when I was about to write ucc-201 you know he grabbed it and said what do under duress means I just kept quiet and he ask again I said am I free to go he drop the ticket in my lap and said see you Nov 5 for the court date.

[color=black][b]It's about the best way to go as far as avoiding using statutes, code, & technicalities. It is based on common law commercial default. I am using it now, but went out of bounds with it, which I shouldn't have.

I used the ticketslayer defence in the great State of Gorgia. It is a good defense but it lacks meat. I'm left an after the fact mess. This is not a quick remedy.

The defense is there and it is a good defense but you need to do your homework in order to make it work.

The Ticketslayer.com defense is not user friendly.

My advise. Use the ticketslayer defense but don't use it "part time". It will work only if you put research into it.

Every State is differant so I can't help you here

As has been said on this site many, many times...

You can go to court with boiler plate docs.. but if you don't know how to defend them verbally... they're useless.... and yes... the judge has a big bag of little tricks to get you to usurp your own docs.

The common law nature of the package has plenty of meat... it is, however, poorly assembled... with sketchy instructions at best..

However, I know someone (lol) who was taught by the man who developed the process, and who put a few hundred additional hours of work into refining that process.. and since, has had nothing but wins, for themselves, and the several dozen people they have taught.

You want a silver bullet? correct your status.

For HIS Glory,
Akira

I'm in the Great State of Georgia. I used the Ticketslayer defense five months ago. The DA stood silent (in default). The Judge was the only one who spoke and he decided that he didn't like the argument used in putting the DA into default so therefore he disallowed the default. After three rounds with the Judge concerning the DA being default I was getting ready to be cited for contempt.

I winged my way through eight tickets and had five of them droped and three of them stuck. Currently I am in the process of appeal. The notice of appeal has been filed and the court transcripts have been copied and paid for. I still need to write my brief.

It's my understanding, that within the past year or so, Greg at TS, has modified the process somewhat, with understandings based on Jack and Margie Flynn's info?

Is the openeing paragraph in your AoT, large, in bold, and make reference to the Constitution?

Frankly....

Lawyerdude is a major jerk...

and has been banned from this site with good reason.

It does not serve you to keep dropping his name.

Hakeem's post above is from May of 2004. He won his case using Clye Hyde's (creatir of the TS process) default process. Hakeem has several wins now.

weishaupt1776 also studied under Clyde.... and won his case...

and jmunson won his case too..

and none of them:

entered the jurisdiction of the court..
gave the court any descretionary power (there was no disspute)
had to threaten appeal before any decision
had to have $350 on hand just in case...

There are ways to force the dismissal, without spending $350, and going to court again.

For HIS Glory,
Akira

I paid Greg $75.00 last November (2006).

This affidavit is lawful notification to the XXXX County District Attorney, hereinafter referred to as the prosector, and is hereby made and sent to the above named prosector persuant to the Federal Constitution, specifically, the Bill of Rights, in particular, Amendments I, IV, V, VI,VII, IX, and X, and requires your written response to me within 10 days, via your sworn and notarized affidavit, specific to the subject matter etc., etc.
.......Notice to principals........failure to respond........Your silence is your acquiescence.

Is there something wrong with it?

no... there's nothing "wrong" with it...

The Flynn mods, which work just fine, include a vulnerability that (I think) the student should be made aware of, in the kit.
