How to sue (part2) How to write a complaint

If everyone knows what a sample heading looks like, we can start on the meat of the complaint.

Heading is the part at the top that says what court, Plaintiff, Defendant, Case Number, etc. For a sample of what that looks like,

You'll get a kick out of this: COMPLAINT

You will need to pull the rules of civil procedure for the court that you are filing a complaint in, (which is very inportant) and read what a complaint has to include.

In NC, That's rules 7-16.

How to sue (part2) How to write a complaint

I find it very interesting to note that when listed as a defendant, Al Gore's name is spelled in ALL CAPS, but when referred to as a candidate for the United States of America Presidency, he's listed in Proper, mixed case.
