Im posting this as a reminder to all of us including myself that the judges and courts are here to protect and serve our rights thru their oath of office. I dont care what you are doing, as long as you have rights, they have to protect them and that includes discharging debts. Our problems have been because we continue to ask the court for help instead of telling them. They ignore and we let them, just like a creditor ignores your instrument and we mess up and recontract to the debt thinking we made a mistake or that our process isnt legit. Like ice, jersee, ot , sui juress and others say, DONT ARGUE,PUT THEM INTO DISHONOR, THAT WAY YOU DONT HAVE TO CALL THE JUDGE YOUR HONOR ANYMORE, TELL HIM HE IS NOW IN DISHONOR
