Probate Court
The incompetent friend of mine was ordered 60 days into the mental Hospital and she is refusing medicine because she doesnt personally believe in medicine.
They are threatening to take her to probate court to force her to take medicine.
Can a Quasi-State Hospital lawfully force medicine on people? Its not like she is out of contorl she is the most calm one there, in fact when I was there I couldnt tell the difference between the people that were there and the people that worked there.
