Wrong Name on Summons
Today I received a summons to appear in court but it is sent to my nick name. It has my legal last name but not my legal first name. So what can I do about this to slow the process down?

well. I am currently in the eviction process and the landlord gave it to me. But I thought a sheriff could only present it to me (outside of mail)
