Question What do I do now? RE:Temporary Stalking order

Three years of detail leads up to this incident. I asked for a temporary stalking order and the judge granted the order. Now I am responsible to hire an attorney to defend my position as petitioner. The trial is set for 12 October 2007 [NOTICE TO RESPONDENT-ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE] I have not hired an attorney.

This person (our neighbor) is a dirty-mean abuser. He has sued us twice and won. Garnished our wages, assaulted me twice, shot our Great Dane pup, filed three trespass charges against our dogs and horses, filed a false report to children protective services, Cut our trees in our Hazelnut Orchard business and trespassed to do it.

The judge ruled against our existing gate of 15 years across our property, took away our right to use our property for the Orchard that is 80 years old. We cannot keep livestock on the 14 acres and a lake has been created in our orchard, which will kill the trees.

The dog court judge told me he was going to put me in jail and he better not see me in his court again. The sheriff told me it was my fault the man assaulted me, the DA is afraid to prosecute either assault charge even though I have the entire second event on video.

The dog police says...he doesn't want to site me but he has too. He wants me to go to court again and plead with the judge, but I know he will throw me in jail if I show up in his court again.

I filed a temporary stalking order hoping this would help to keep him at bay, but the sheriff's are afraid/will not uphold the order.

My 1st meeting at court was with another evil attorney who threatened a civil lawsuit against me. This mans entire life goal is to steal our property cause me to go to jail, and take away our children and animals.

We have already lost two lawsuits, had our wages garnished. Have a federal lawsuit going but not against him. He killed our 10 mo. old Great Dane puppy. Threatened to kill us, the rest of our dogs and burn down our orchard.

CSD came to take away our children two days after I filed the stalking order. His girlfriend took over the stalking after he went to jail so I asked the judge to issue an order for her. The judge said I was angry and seeking revenge and he would not issue an order.

Dog enforcement has issued two trespass citations and does nothing when we give them pictures of the man's dog on our property, chasing and jumping on our girls, digging holes in our orchard and running at large.

DEQ sent a nice letter warning him not to pour oil on our road that is 100 feet to the river and our well and did nothing the second time He did it.

I need some serious help to find a way for justice, if there is such justice. I'm armed with quite enough knowledge to be a danger to myself and need help sorting it all out.

Is someone out there willing to spend some time with me going through the details, trouble shooting some of my ideas, giving me new ideas to stop this man from forcing us to move out of our dream home/property and taking away our 4 daughters 12,10,3 & 16months.

Thank you for your time,
Truly indebted
Ld

You've got a neighbor who's a very serious danger to you, your family, your pets, and your property. I sincerely suggest that the stakes are too high to do this without a real lawyer. You've got only a week, so try to find a lawyer immediately. The investment will be worth it.

Sorry this wont be much help for ya, but the situation can only be one of two scenarios: One being, that you're a complete ass, and not being totally forthright. The second being, the people (neighbors & all public officials) living in your part of the country are complete asses, with a major hard-on for ya. And if the later be the case; dream home? I think NOT! If by some miracle you survive this fiasco, best thing you could do is get the hell out of dodge.

daaaamn...

Have you consider moving to Somalia, Afghanistan or maybe even Bosnia? You might find better peace.

P.S. As much as I hate lawyers, I'm with Shoonra. At least, you could then, bribe someone to be nice to ya, no?

Peace

Get an attorney as shoonra has advised. Having gone thru a somewhat similar circumstance years ago, You are in a tuff spot as this person seems to know how to 'work' the system. And the cops are unwilling to get 'involved'. I wonder if this person has made contributions to the judges campaign or has some masonic connection? If this circumstance continues he will ramp up the shennaigans, that you can be sure of. Moving is an idea to be considered.
