Probably a good suggestion.
After having the opportunity to observe an example in court of challenging in personam jurisdiction I can tell you the results were:
(1) two days in holding cell while refusing booking
(2) five days in psych ward for mental evaluation
(3) six more days in holding cell while continuing to refuse booking.
In the end the man bonded out for cash at 100% of the amount required (close to $4,000) and going through booking before he was 'allowed' to be released.

Palani,
Ha ! Playing "PJ challenge" with the judge, is like playing hopscotch with an "adult of unsound mind".. lol
You have to keep bringing them back, and saying "we haven't finnished the first square, yet"...
over, and over, and over.. lol
but its worked well for me so far..
For HIS Glory,
Akira

I can't even find My way in My bookmarks any more. The documents I linked since IMy first post here are in my Important folder and I had to do leg work to find where I downloaded them from so I could post links.
How about when You search for something online and then after You browsed a million pages You can't find the page where You red something? You remember a certain phrase or something, but that brings up another million pages in the search engines that aren't the one You remember.
Here are tools that help in this situation. These will make an archive copy of every page that You visit so You can search it later. The browser history search in mozilla lets You search page titles only. This archives the text of the page only. No pictures. The IE program does. The program for mozilla is more configurable, but I never got to configuring it the way I want, which is to save text only.
Now I need to look them up again and find the page where I downloaded them from....
http://www.codeproject.com/internet/...chWebCache.asp
This is for IE. It will save the text of every web page in Your IE browser cache every day or however often You set it to do so. Read the instructions for non coders in the "Great tool" thread. You must register to download otherwise the files are corrupted/not the true files.
This little program almost made me switch back to IE
The mozilla addon is Slogger: http://www.kenschutte.com/slogger/
It is set up as defolt to save entire pages with images and all. This takes alot of space. If someone makes a profile that saves text only please share with me. I never got to setting it up properly and I use mozilla.
Another good search tool fo Your local hard drives is copernic: http://www.slate.com/id/2111643/

I use scrapbook for FF Mozilla. Saves web pages into specified location with full text search capabilities; highlighting the text searched for. Yeah, it also saves pictures and all; 360 web pages equaling a total of 140 megs, but with 200 Gigs worth of hard drive space, i really don't notice.
Peace

What if there are outstanding driver's licenses, SS cards, etc, issued in the name of the ALL CAPS entity?
Does that affect your ability to use the Randy Lee defense in any way?

Only if it can be entered into evidence. Is it related? I remember Codee's traffic disputes when he would show us transcripts; the officer saying he identified himself with a State driver license...

In multiple abatements.. I have never had the DA offer any rebuttle whatsoever... (verbal or written)
What you should expect (especially in district court) is the judge to steamroll you, by presuming he has SMJ and attempting to going forward...
Gently take him by the hand, and lead him back to square #1... lol
For HIS Glory,
Akira

I've read your "success" post on this matter, that you referred to earlier..
Above and beyond what you mention there, is there any other specific advice about how to you might avoid having the judge steamroll you?
Also, one more question about the Randy Lee defense: in it he claims he's a "native" Californian.. You use the same language pursuant to Maine in yours. What if one was not born in the state in which one is summoned to appear in district court? Does this impact the Randy Lee defense in any way?
