Cause of action

I need to know if anyone has seen the maxim "No cause of action can arise out of fraud" Brooms Maxims 297, 729 used in a case citation???

Such is where i have been trying to "herd" the court into going and they just turn and stampede back over me with other trival trash unrelated to square one..... fraudulent recordings by the attorner...... or at least knowingly recoding a false document outside the terms and conditions of a contract.

Thanks in advance..... I shall persevere and hold on to the last even though there seems to be little hope, the "little hope" is still there and is enough for justice to over take the "Just-Us" club.

I believe the maxim is “Out of fraud no action arises: A right of action cannot arise out of fraud. Phelps v. Decker, 10 Mass. 276. Broom, Max. 349”

If you have access to “FindLaw for Legal Professionals” then check out "Martineau v. Gresser, 182 N.E.2d 48, 57 [Ohio Com.Pl 1962]"
