Just a quick question to you, please about the following from post #5 of this thread made by you. In the second sentence you state, "The office is created by your signature on the birth certificate."

BTW, Legislatures create laws by power of constitutions, not statutes. Legislatures create statutes, so why would statutes give them their power?

Do you mean by signing the birth certfiicate of someone else a person creates the office of person for that someone else?
