The "gun ownership" case before the Supreme Court

This is from an email I have received from Harmon L. Taylor. The "gun ownership" case before the Supreme Court.pdf
He has posted it here also:

Edit: Tried to make a better quality pdf, it does not appear to have worked.

The first thing I read is that we are not allowed to carry guns in cars with out a license.

Not true in California. One is just not allowed to carried a concealed weapon.

I have been pulled over many times with my pistol on the dash and never once was arrested for it.

Although once I did get charged for carrying a concealed in my glove box.

We voluntarily sign the documents that create the trust.

I wish an example was given. But none were. That right there is probably the most important part of the whole paper and it is just glossed over as understood fact.

That whole paper smells of stink.

I love the legal argument

"There is no way 'Funny Money' can exist in any system other than a purely meritime system".

Now this guy is going to expand on this right. Provide some insight to support this claim? Nope.

The ultimate idiot statement...

So no, it is not fraud.
...
To argue fraud is to put the responsibility of fixing this on to the scammers

Well according to almost any dictionary...

scam (skam)

noun

Slang a swindle or fraud; esp. a confidence game

So this guy says it is not a fraud and then calls them frauds...

This paper sucks.

Now given that the registered car is trust property.

Sure, now just give the unproven, unsupported assumption the level of "given".

Why not?
