Help me out Capitalized Proper Title vs non-capitalized title

I am finding out that the Constitution of NC allows for a Clerk of Superior Court in each county, but the statutes address this as the clerk of superior court in all instances except when they describe paperwork, and in the paperwork, the title is capitalized as it should be.



I would appreciate any input on the differences of a Proper Capitalized title, and just a non-capitalized title.

Thanks W, I just didn't see anything referencing it on the first few pages, although I LOVE the site, and bookmarked id for later when I have the time to read all of it.



I really believe there is a difference, I just don't know if the court will buy that or not.



NC Constitution capitalizes the Title, the statutes do not.



His oath that he took that is deficient, capitalizes the title of Clerk of Superior Court.



Hmmm.



Gotta be an agle here somewhere.
