To sign or not to sign?

I told the court officer I could not sign the document they placed before me because I do not agree with the terms of the contract and do not wish to enter into a contract with them. They asked if I refused to sign and I said I do not refuse I can not sign a contract I do not agree with. So the entered my not signing it as an apeal. I will not say one word tomorrow other than I submit for the record that I am here under the threat of being thrown in jail, then I will shut my mouth and not sign any thing else they try to coerce me into. Let them illeagly throw me in jail for a few days for an alleged debt I owe.
