Urgent!

Need some input As Fast as possible! And let me say I appreciate it very much!

My son went into court on Friday, and because of circumstances, accepted a Plea Bargain (he is not that schooled in this area), HOWEVER, interesting thing, they are not transporting him until WED -- which, by my calculation, is 72 hours AFTER the "contract" wa signed.

Any thoughts on accepting the "contract" and some specifics of opinion on HOW?

Thanks so much.

A very frazzled

<font color=darkblue face=verdana>Seeker,

I don't see anything to exploit in the fact that 72hours passed before he was transported. Anyways, if he was able to rescind the contract it seems it would only mean that the original prosecution would resume.

Anyone else have an opinion?
