Charles Sprinkle, of Ojai, California, seems to have made a career of frustrating local judges. Apparently he's had some successes, although I cannot be sure that it was not simply because the judge had better things to do than jail a pathetic old man.

it's great how "trained legal professionals" such as Bernie attempt to appear rational and civil with their legalese, but when it comes down to the brass tacks of overcoming solid legal positions such as Charlie's, such "trained legal professionlas" have to resort to street level character assassinations

I really do seem to find that so often this is the precise case.

Again as I said in another post, it is a "tell."

And a very obvious one.

At the end of the day the character assassination itself is predicate, thesis, and theme.
