well, just found out today that the new jersey supreme court put the ruling on hold that citizens can petition the grand jury. come on people, this is one of the most important posts sui juris has made and people are sleeping on it. this could solve 90 percent of the problems we have and not one person has stepped forward and commented on this stuff. you guys wanna fight for your rights, wake up.

Kgod is right, we need to fight to get this tool from the status of a tool for the prosecutor to that of a tool available to the citizens!

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

guess ill stimulate a little more conversation on this piece. the constitution does say that a citizen will be tried after a indictment from the grand jury. IF DOESNT SAY the complaint must come from a district attorney. does anyone know of a means this could be brought to light in a situation where you want to present a case to the grand jury? any case law anyone know of?

I read about it Today on another Forum, and apparently the Politicians are running around like their hair is on fire trying to bury this one. One was quoted saying it should be struck down as it would lead to frivolous Grand Jury petitions from disgruntled neighbors and such, and should not waste the courts time. I think it's because ordinary citizens would be able to drag previously protected politicians into the arena for a fight. A fight they would lose and it would unwind the fabric of their bull**** little extortion enterprise. But that's just me.

what forum are you talking about? running around like their hair on fire. ha ha ha. i bet they are. this opens up a issue that i never thought about until sui juris posted it. the Constitution says nothing about district attornies having a monopoly on submitting complaints to grand juries does it?

<font color =purple> I second that. Since I am licking my wounds from using Title 26 code as a legal basis & being nearly ensared by other popular methods, I am just now getting familiar with the court process. Could someone please give <U>The Drooling Moron's Guide</U> to the jury process & how it starts w/ the DA & give an example of how we could do it in a practical situation?
P.S <font color = blue>Ice gets blue font /<font color = red>sui juris gets red / & <font color = purple>weishaupt has the purple on lockdown !
