JUDGES ARE BAR MEMBERS
i was wondering if there is any case law(or rule) you could use to recuse ANY JUDGE that is a member of the bar. thats unequal protection and bias if the district attorney and the judge are members of the same organization. has anyone tried this before?

yes, it is a conflict of interest and a violation of their oath of office to be impartial. dont they take a bar oath also? it like them taking a masonic oath, it violates their oath of office

JUDGES ARE BAR MEMBERS
You can use any oath they have taken to any "club" or organization against them.



This is something that I would rather some of the other members chime in on. There are quite a few here that know what I speak of... so chime in !
