Bond used to satisfy Judgment & Commitment Order



For ICE or any other authority:& Court clerk refused to file submission to case or use Bond to satisfy value ascribed to conviction, covering restitution and probation costs.& How can clerk be compelled to honor, or how can dishonor be fofset - with Bond to the clerk's name, so he will have to pay such costs?& Thanks for help.

Thanks for the referral which I have now read.& My concern applies to a federal court clerk and relates to an intended entry into the record of the case.& The clerk, by his name, has been notified that he is personally responsible for any damages should he refuse to accept the filing and to execute the Bond submitted to discharge all charges ascribed to the case.& Results will be posted as received.& Thanks again.

bond

I got into going to court for issuing a bond to a credit card company (bank)...how do I get out of a judgement using a bond without getting in bigger troubles?
