Court (should we appear or not)

I was wondering by showing up to court even with the affidavit you file and alll the paper work. I think we still give permission for the court to have juristiction. I agree with the other post if we can get a court of record or court reporter in, your chances of winning is better. Some reason why they save you for last. I was also told to bring atleast 3 witness so they can verify what happen. dress up as reporters maybe the judge will get scared and probaly just dismiss the case fear of trial being recoreder. See the judge can deny anything if there is no record of trial, I think we get this in a court of record or a court reporter or some witness the judge will watch what he say

what do you think

You have to understand most of these people are not ready to be unplugged and many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight any change."

Hakeem,

Why not also inform the judge that you are a reporter for newsletter that keeps a watch on judicial misconduct. Drag the trial out and take a whole lot of notes. Write down all sorts of questions just for the hell of it to appear that you are investigating possible judicial misconduct.

Did you happen to download that MP3 link I listed in my reply in your other thread? It would answer alot of the questions you are asking here.
