No. Federal probation is not a commercial transaction. Moreover, allowing you on probation instead of prison was discretionary with the judge -- if you vex him about it he can always revise your sentence.

How can anyone give you info, with that little info from you? Shoonra is right, you could talk yourself into jail if you don't know what you are doing.

Fly straight and walk it off.

Keep in mind, probation is in stead of a sentence; once the maximum term for each charge (concurrently) has expired, counting from the day of conviction, probation must end.

Also all conditions of probation must be written down and signed by judge, on the record, or established by law.

Maybe you have grounds for appeal on the conviction or sentence?

But here is a question for the forum- excluding a defined capital offense, have we got the right to pay the claim at law, in money? For that to happen I need a pay-off statement. And since it is my right to pay debts with gold or silver, and the STATE these days can't/won't take real money, that leaves me without a remedy, creates a perpetuity, establishes an impossible requirement, and leaves me under involuntary servitude.

Even if it comes down to cash bux many would elect that option if known. Where is the payoff statement and does it create an impossible contradiction?
