Court Idea

From Mary Croft;
http://spiritualeconomicsnow.net/

I’ll say it again: Never go to court – unless you are dragged and if you are, your first questions ought to be, “What is your TIN? What is your authority? Where is the 1099 OID? (meaning: Prove your claim to MY credit. Are you trying to trick me into suretyship?) If we ask the right questions up front, they can’t get past the fact that we are not going to give them anything; rather, we will file a 1099 OID/T5008, listing the true source of value, and get back that amount. Put the courts out of commission! Call out the IRS!

Under a federal law passed earlier this year, filing nuisance liens or false 1099s or a number of other annoyances against judges, or IRS employees, or any other federal officer is a felony and will be punished as such. And this may be additional to the provisions that already punished filing false documents with the IRS.

Judges take this very seriously, and instead of being intimidated, have imposed either maximum penalties allowed for the original offense and/or additional penalties for contempt or obstruction of the administration of justice.

In other words, the suggestion made by Mary Croft is likely to get you into even deeper trouble.

YES! ABSOLUTELY, as the black priest on the bench will test or run over you so research and study making sure you completely understand what you are doing before applying.

I, for one, haven't found any information about Mary Croft's "reputation" or education, except what she, herself, has churned out, and that is parrotted by some of her followers. She writes her name in that kinky way and she claims to be an adherent of The Course in Miracles. I have no independent info about her.

I know this: nuisance liens and false 1099s, especially when used to obstruct the IRS or the courts, generally bite back and hard. Plenty of court decisions show this.

18 U.S.C. § 1521

Thanks Neil.

Although this section was enacted as part of a law dealing with court security, the reference to personnel listed in 18 USC §1114 shows that this section protects all federal employees, even those unrelated to judiciary activities.

Do you mean for filing a nusiance lien against you?

Read the statute - the victim of the crime has to be a federal judge or other federal employee (which, granted, you might be).
