FOIA denial from EPA
I'm trying to get documentation from the EPA regarding a document they produced in 12/07 in reference to greenhouse gas emissions. They will not release it as they claim it is protected by 5 USC 552(b)(5) - as an inter/intra agency document. Does anyone here have any knowledge of any court case(s) regarding this type of denial? Any help would be appreciated. I would like to live a little longer (breathing) on this planet and I also want my 14 month old son to be able to enjoy this earth too!
